  1. Take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Readvantage Corp.’s (or its third party providers’) infrastructure.
  2. Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service or any activities conducted on the Service.
  3. Bypass any measures Readvantage Corp. may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service (or parts thereof).

Commercial Usage Terms

If you plan to use the web platform for commercial purposes, such as providing professional reading or comprehension services, educational instruction, or integrating our technology into your business solutions, you are required to purchase a subscription to access our service. Failure to comply with this requirement will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service.

Prohibition on Resale and Redistribution

You are strictly prohibited from reselling or redistributing any content generated by our platform. Any attempt to sell or share this content without explicit authorization is a breach of our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in the termination of your access to our service.

Ownership and Usage Rights

You recognize that the content generated by our platform is the exclusive property of our company, and you are granted no rights to use the content other than those explicitly stated in these Agreement. Additionally, you acknowledge and consent to our ability to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any content (whether in whole or in part) globally and/or to incorporate it into other works using any form, media, or technology currently known or developed in the future, for the entire duration of any applicable rights.

Subscription Requirement 

To access our API, a subscription purchase is required. The appropriate Subscription Plan for API service will be determined based on the amount of requests per month. Subscription plans are detailed and available for review on our website (https://readvantage.tech). Failure to subscribe to a recommended plan will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. On our website, you can try the Free Library Access (Access to a curated library of books). You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the Subscription Plan that aligns with your requirements. We do not refund money for subscriptions to users. The invoice is issued and paid on the day of the purchase date.

Changes to the Terms

Readvantage Corp. reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Services (including the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the website or by sending you an email. Readvantage Corp. may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


Liability Restrictions

Readvantage Corp., along with its directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and Content providers, shall not be liable for any indirect damages associated with the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits and data.

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE READVANTAGE CORP. WEB APP AND ALL CONTENT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms of Service shall be construed and applied according to the laws of the State of Nevada, without consideration of any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
